Our DD4 products provide RAID 1 disk mirroring for real time up-to-the-minute backup of your SATA drives. The products come in a variety of form factors. Each was designed to accommodate a particular user need in terms of where it can be placed within the computer. All products connect via SATA cables to two hard drives in your computer. All data saves are sent to both drives concurrently. If one of the drives fails, an alarm sounds and the remaining drive seamlessly takes over all operations, keeping the system up and running. All products provide an audible failure alarm and optional remote monitoring capability. The Bay Mount, EzRAID Dual Swap (dual caddy) and eSATA RAID units provide front panel status information. The EzCopy DD3 and DD4 are stand-alone hard drive copiers which require no connection to a computer. They perform fast and reliable hard disk duplication. Just insert your drives into the two removable drive caddies and push a button to initiate the drive copy. The DD3 duplicates IDE drives; the DD4 duplicates SATA drives. If you only need to copy an occasional drive, consider our EzMigration software utility.

Our EzBackup line of drive to drive backup products is designed to automate regular backups and simplify the restore process. Whether you choose only the software or one of our hardware/software solutions, you'll find backing up has never been easier.
The initial backup procedure creates a mirror image of the source drive. Subsequent backups can be set up to backup only selected files or the entire drive. In either event, you always have an exact copy (as up to date as your last backup) of your hard drive. In the event of a disaster, you can quickly restore the entire drive or only selected files. In addition, because your backup drive contains your operating system and software programs as well as your data files, if you're pressed for time, you can use it to continue working until you have an opportunity to replace your failed drive. Because the EzBackup works in background, it's an ideal choice for a "virtual tape" device. Run regular backups every day or even every few hours. Then restore a single file or an entire drive whenever the need arises.
The EzBackup software comes bundled with our EzBackup hardware products. If you already have a backup drive, the EzBackup software will provide your own drive with the same functionality as our EzBackup hardware. Our EzBackup enclosures are designed to transform any 3.5 inch or 2.5 inch hard drive into an external USB backup drive.
