The EzRAID DD3 MicroRAID provides RAID 1 redundancy using two 2.5" laptop size drives. It provides a hardware disk mirroring option for computer users with extreme space constraints.
The MicroRAID is the perfect answer for small box computer systems, such as point of sale (POS), where space is at a premium. The MicroRAID accommodates two 2.5” IDE drives. It creates a unique RAID 1 array, fitting two IDE laptop size drives into a form factor that occupies only one 3.5” drive bay.
The MicroRAID takes up no more room than a standard floppy drive! If you have no available slots or external 5.25” drive bays, the MicroRAID 2.5" drive mirroring controller may be just what you've been looking for.
