The DD4 USB Reader is an External USB, two-drive enclosure with two hot-swappable key-lock protected drive caddies.The two drives will be seen individually by the computer, it means that each drive can be accessed individually. The hot-swappable trays allow you to quickly remove and install hard drives without having to reboot or disconnect the drive enclosure. Drives can be easily accessed and removed for safe keeping or swapped out and replaced.
The DD4 USB Reader accommodates two hard drives of different sizes, brand & RPM so no need to waste puny smaller hard drives. Each drive can be up to a whopping two terabyte (2TB, or 2,000 GB). Furthermore, it connects to just about any operating system through a USB 2.0 connection.
